The interior designer for the project is Tanner Hill while the architect is Aria Partnership. In House sales company will market and sell the pre-construction Richmond Hill condos at The Grand Genesis by Guizzetti Developments and Holborn.

We don’t know too much about the interiors of the suite just yet, but the preview package does state that the on site amenities will include a business centre, party room, lounge and guest suite. The new Grand Genesis Richmond Hill condo towers will also feature a private dining room, kitchen and garden in addition to a media room and separate card room. As for recreational facilities, the Richmond Hill Grand Genesis condos will have a fitness gym and an indoor pool.
